Forgot something on the bus?

Please fill out our form. You can also contact us by phone on weekdays from 12 PM to 2 PM at number 06-781 1799 or send us an email at any time to lost@ingsva.fi.

Every day, items are forgotten on our buses. We are happy to assist our customers in retrieving what they have forgotten, but since the items are located on buses that are in service and the driver is busy driving, we cannot solve the problem immediately. Therefore, we ask you primarily to fill out our form or send an email. You can also reach us at the number 06-781 1799 on weekdays from 12 PM to 2 PM.

We keep lost property for 1 month, after which we donate them to the association Nada-Nord r.f. Valuables are taken to the police every week.
